1. Your diet is going to be the number one thing I want you to focus on in the next two weeks… I know, I can hear you cringing right now haha… but DON’T WORRY… because its not going to be that bad… In fact,  I want you to eat foods that taste good.  Just in moderation.. I wish I could tell you dieting wasn’t an essential part of losing weight fast but that just isn’t the case… You know that already but I waned to remind you anyway haha!

So you need to be on a very effective diet program that doesn’t have you starving to death,  THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL… There are many different programs around.. some are really effective while others just plain suck lol! - Just focus on very lean meats, fruits, and vegetables… stay away from heavy dressings on those vegetables too cheater! haha  The trick is not to completely starve yourself.. but its ok to leave yourself a little bit hungry… a lot of diets tell you to keep yourself completely full with healthy foods, and that works great FOR LONG TERM weight loss!  If you need to lose significant weight in 2 weeks time,  you are going to have to be a little hungry sometimes so your body uses your fat as energy.  Since i don’t know you current situation I can’t tell you how many calories a day you should limit yourself too,  but for your average person its about 1500 calories a day… If you are a little larger than average adjust your calories up a little bit,  and if you are already on the smaller side you can eat a little bit less,  but don’t go less than 1000 calories in a day or you will be getting into the unhealthy zone.

For Exercise:  Rapid weight loss will require you to workout 5-6 days a week for the 2 week period… after that you can take it back to 3-4 days a week,  but if you really want to know how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, your gonna have to up your exercise a little bit.

2. How To Lose 10 Pounds In 2 Weeks Exercise Routine:

3 day of cardio a week for a long and as hard as you can… 2 of the cardio days should be sprinting or circuit training style, sprinting is best but if you are not ready for that just try and rotate your light jog speed 4 or 5 different times during your cardio session.   A sprinting workout like:

Will make your body burn fat A LOT more than any other exercise but not everyone is in good enough shape to finish that… give it a try and see how far you get… it works wonders!

One cardio session should just be a nice long distance run for as long as you can go.

The other 2-3 days of the week should be focused on weight training,  this is often overlooked but it has been proven that weight training is just as important to fat loss as cardio.

Just rotate your muscle groups,  get on the circuit machines and do 1 exercise per muscle group… This is how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.  It will work,  you will see yourself melting pounds away really fast.
