Over the past five years this site’s amassed an enormous amount of content. To help you find the highlights, I’ll be taking a wander through the archives each Sunday.
Here are just a few of my favourite variations of this wonderful exercise :
- Ring Dips (with Progressions)
First up, a staple of ring training – the Ring Dip. Three common variations shown. - Hopper Dips
Looking for a challenge? Try the plyometric Hopper Dips shown here. - Korean Dips
Here’s another great way to test yourself – the Korean Dip. - Band Assisted Dips
If you’re just starting out, here’s a simple way to work up to the full bodyweight version. Just add bands. - Swinging Dips to 45 Degrees
Finally, try these. Yep, they’re hard.
